A first-floor one bedroom apartment with pool, gym, steamroom and sauna. Located less than 10 minutes drive from the Dubai Marina and beach and 15 minutes on the Metro to the COP28 site.
Building Facilities
The building has a terrace pool including a small and shallow pool for children. The opening hours of the swimming pool are 10am – 10pm daily. There are sun loungers around the pool and beach towels can be found in the apartment for use around the pool. The gym is open 24 hours daily and includes a sauna and steam room.

Getting here
By metro
The Discovery Gardens metro station is 800m from the apartment (10 minute walk) and is serviced by the red line. The red line services many of Dubai’s top attractions and business locations including the Dubai Mall, Dubai International Airport, Dubai World Trade Centre, Business Bay, Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT) and Media and Internet City. By taxi
Local RTA taxis, Uber and Careem are available in Dubai and are a safe a secure way to travel the city. It is recommended to download one of the apps rather than try to hail a taxi outside the apartment as this could take a few minutes.
Parking
There is parking outside the front of the building with no allocated parking space. There is usually parking space but is on first come first served. If you cannot park directly in front of the building, there is other parking spaces on the surrounding streets

There is a washing machine and drying rack in the apartment but if you prefer not to do this yourself or have specialist laundry cleaning requirements, washmen is a convenient app and includes delivery and collection. Laundry washing, folding and ironing service. Stuff your laundry bag with as many items as you can. Prices start from AED 65 per bag.
